Whoa whoa whoa slow down. Doesn't matter if your right or not you're getting pretty close to blasphemy there.

Game is great if it was a second installment of proof of concept or something, that being said I was disappointed does that mean I woulnd't recommend the game? No, I still would but I'll give people that warning that the developers poorly communicate with each other slowing down the process (possibly) and isn't in a state that you can be satisfied with yet(a again hopefully)

I was expecting a game more like WT, but a bit more expansive. Not a poorly written Harry Potter fanfic... Oh well.

Liked the look of this a year or so back and still looksee their site from time to time BUT the changelogs have saved me this time...."more words added", I hurt less after beating the lads on a Cookie Clicker race than reading (lie) 0.3. Will wait for someone more heroic than I to discover when button mashing leads to content.

I understand the disappointment about the lack of sexual content. But I still think that this alpha version is really outstanding proof of the possibilities of Renpy. It's not unjustly a year in development. I like the new adventure mechanics, even if there are no tutorial hints explaining these mechanics and it's more trial and error at the beginning. Certainly some mechanics are missing or not visualized clearly enough (Drag and Drop needs more hints when interacting). The feature I want to have in a Renpy game would be hotkeys using only the left side of the keyboard. And the most frequently used objects should get a hotkey (clock, owl, table, cabinet etc.). But enough of the wishes, the fact remains that this foundation is promising. Therefore I can only hope that after the completion of the mechanics, they will work diligently on the content. And I confess I like deep background stories, but the next stretchgoal should still be a professional translator.

I was bored to tears reading all the text and couldn't figure out how to get past the kissing couple so I highlighted the folder and chanted "Avada Kedavra" as I hit shift+delete...

Don't forget, it's a 0.0.4 version. I personally think, save for a few grammar mistakes here and there, the writing is pretty god-damned good. Better than most adult games. The art is absolutely the best I've seen in an adult game.

The puzzles, while tricky to figure out, are well done. I love a challenge, and these puzzles thoroughly satisfied me.

It seems to me that people expected this to be a "Click for porn" sort of game, maybe something similar to the inspiration of this novel. This should not be looked on as a 'Witch Trainer' clone, it should be held as a spiritual successor to the genius of that game.

For a visual novel, let me repeat, a NOVEL, more words is better. I'd rather read a novel with fantastic art, than to skip through the original Witch Trainer at such a pace that I don't know which part of the story I'm in. Yes, the plot may seem rushed and all over the place, but again, as it's an alpha version, I would not expect it to be a full release and everything close to perfect.

That's just my two cent on the matter.

I havent looked into the game yet, but the art style of the sample pictures is impressive. Is it based on the Harry Potter trading card art style, or is the person responsible for the art somehow involved with the trading cards?

The writing isn't good. It isn't google translate level of bad, but none of the jokes are working and it just drags on endlessly, endlessly about shit NO ONE (but you presumably) gives a flying fuck.

All this talk about what happened or didn't happen with Tonks and with MC's mother and we don't see shit about it!
We don't see Tonks at all, so why should we care if the MC feels tormented?
So much stupid filler plot bullshit. Seriously, the longer I think about it, the more it pisses me off that those guys still get so much money each month, after pulling this shit twice, while devs that do a much better job often get only a few hundred bucks.

I personally haven't seen a lot of Harry Potter h-games (except those really shitty MNF games). To get something that isn't BB, SS, etc. is quite nice.

It's very refreshing to see a Ren'Py game that doesn't have DAZ models. Because it was starting to get crowded.
