The normal tech priests might stick to sticking things in toasters, for the proper probing of orifices you need a Magus Biologis, which could act as expert on Xeno probing, doctor and interrogator. There is definitely a lot of synergy between those three roles and great potential for lets call it "cross contamination of methods".

(yeah, I play a cult of Slaanesh ! more interesting than armor and muscle of SMC and Khrones deamons)
According to the lore, it's not so obvious : Inquisitors recruit acolytes everywhere. Even criminals, prostitutes and slaves can be useful to the Imperium and the Inquisition, and serve in a Inquisitor network. And few of these peoples can became Inquisitors themselves (yeah, I'm found with W40K universe, the Emperor protect !). If you need help about that, I'll be happy to help.
I'll definitly look this game.
May I suggest some things :
if you play in the Hive world, yes, place an heretic cult (Slaanesh is the obvious choice...), but gangers (necromunda eshers ! the sub levels of a hive is a very dangerous place, rulled by gangs and worse), mutants, and genestealer cult are a must have. For example, you place a sexy genestealer Magus in the aristocracy, corrupting it for the benefit of the cult.
In the sub levels, maybe the player will need to collaborate with a esher gang who lead a local brothel... a perfect place for collect informations... even hgis some of your customers can be... strange (mutations... even hybrids)
The aristocrat you made is interesting... the corrupt and lazy one, who let all the work to his Fumugus sister follower and prefer to drink wine, insult his employees, and band his mistresses. And the perfect tool for an heretic cult or a magus...
What will be the relation with other imperim organisations, like the sisters of Battle, the Ministorum, the mechanicus, the arbitres ?
You chatacter don't seems to be a seductive woman... she's kike just leaving the Schola progenia, and passed her kid time under Sisters rulership. Infiltration is a dangerous job, open lust is a way to the corruption of Chaos (Slaanesh is here !) and your inquisitor have several acolytes. I think she'll receive a progressive teaching by a more experience acolyte... there is also the problem of the network. How she'll transmit informations to her inquisitor and other acolytes ?
About slaanesh, mutants, genestealers, this is the material to fusion the sexy and the coarse, the beauty and the horror, the man and the beast.
Some suggestions for démonettes of Slaanesh. Forget the hidous GW demonettes, look the Juand Diaz's ones, or ragging heroes lust dancers or mantis warriors.

There are already tons of male protagonist games, of different qualities. Female perspective is also interesting. Why a game like Roudscape arodovia is excellent : you can play choose, and the diags and scenes reflect that choice.

Exactly there are so many games that allow you to choose gender yet for some reason or another people just want to complain that it's not a male protagonist.

You need to read the codex 1 and 2 a few times, to unlock enough dirty skill points so you can read codex 3 but i am not sure it will unlock anything additional, at least not in the strip club. You can't do more than handjobs.
by the way, how you draw your characters ? It's been a time now I wish to make my own game (a little one for beginning), but I'm blocked by the drawning (I totally sucks in that matter). How do you solve that trick ?

You can grind money for the ancient alien torture set #1 and #2 (in the shop) for two more scenes when walking into the alley in the evening, which honestly don't make much sense in the context story so I hope this is just a placeholder. I also hope the pointless grind seen in this version is not an indication of what the final game is going to be.
Cool start though a few things went strangely.
Please don't make this a grind-a-thon. Art-work is good and the setting is interesting.
