Well what can I say about this game - it's another example of good idea combined with great artist ruined by degenerated game design. And I'm not only talking about grind, which was mentioned by previous commentators, the full story is complete horse shit, and characters feels so dumb and completely out of this setting. My immersion was ruined after first interview with inquisitor, and after i found out that our MC need read heretic book to raise perversion to do sex things I was done with this "game". Another good idea another disappointment, such a shame

I'm not saying they must follow every letter of the lore, but if I play in wh40k universe I want to immerse in this world, to get the feeling that the characters do not look like puberty teenagers. If we play for Inquisition I was expecting some struggle against heresy, some strong spirit in main character, so she will try to save her dignity, but events will be too daring to stay completely clean. And of course, normal story, with good written corruption. Not the story, where acolyte left without money to investigate high priority case for governor, and forced whore herself to inqusitor(!), to people in ork(!) bar and spend all her earned money to read lewd books in inquisition library. For Emperor's name, this plot not even funny, it's just stupid. And last but not least, this devs, as many others, don't have any understanding of erotism, they don't build right mood for the scenes, the don't write believable characters, they write characters with intellect of 12 year old kids and throw sex out of blue, so in the result tis scenes and characters don't feel sexy at all, they just feel out of place.

I have play this game for thirty times and it very interesting, even warhammer 40k had been made into R18 game and now i waited for someone to make the metro survival game.
Based on reading some of the comments this game is lesbian only right now, right?
I really hope it stays that way because there's a real lack of pure lesbian games out there.
Like I'm pretty sure there's more pure gay games (at least in English) than there are pure lesbian, and while I have nothing against them, it's really fucking baffling.

You are correct in that none of these characters are WH40K characters, they are just standard porn game characters drawn like WH40K characters. It's a pity, because it would be interesting to see characters with the limitations and motives of their WH40K counterparts try to deal with a situation like this, pron-style.
By not limiting the characters to what their lookalikes in WH40K would think or do, the designers make it easier on themselves but sacrifice almost all the advantages of using an existing trope. In fact, i think they set themselves up for failure by creating an anticipation that they have no interest in satisfying. This would be a better game without the WH40K stuff.
This game has great potential，but need tons of time and people to finish, i hope the dev can insist.
