I can only guess there's some 'mission' you haven't let Kate complete yet. The four dates? The rich clients in the sauna (via Victor)? The hotel assignations (also via Victor)? Or something of that sort. The Club dances/invites and their outcomes, even.
Not sure, because I haven't got that far yet. But - when it's not a glitch/bug for everyone - it's usually that there is some "trigger" (previous activity) needed, not yet completed, I think. ...
Before trying v0.71, there are a couple of bits from 0.68 I wanted to find/solve.
Something about a set of earbuds/earphones/headphones (or something), and also a gun (!) that Kate can find. Has anyone here found these? And even better, where/how?
I eventually found the medallion ... hanging in a fairly obvious place! Although it's not yet clear what use it may have, or indeed how it can be taken down for anything, for example as the only thing Kate wears, dangling, in certain active situations (which would be nice). Has anyone found a use for the medallion, or is it just an ornament to hang there?

Try wearing a skirt if you normally wear pants, or vice versa.
As Kate, in the club, for Oliver, that is.
PS: And if you want Kate to buy back two hats, also 2 rubber items, she may have already had in a previous version of the game, but which curiously went on the market (did Moris put them on FePay?!), look on Kate's bedroom laptop and go shopping for them!
in the 0.71 i reached a level where the building, stairs and everything else becomes stone (beyond 7th level with eva). you can knock two doors and there is a brief sequence where you talk to someone. then you come back. to go there you need to take practice in the gym with the yoga trainer (meditation) and also watch porn channels on tv and use imagination.
while i think that ive not seen all the scenes, the menu where i can see what is triggered and what it isnt is all on green or grey. not black letters. i would share a saved file, but i dont know which one is that file.

you need your neighbour to invite you to the gym, and you need to have purchased on the shop the gym dress.
if you stop paying your rent, nina will be triggered and after that the neighbour comes. when he comes, then you talk to him on the hall of your appartment and he tells you to do some exercise (iirc).
about helping the neighbour, there are 2 neighbours to help. one is your appartment neighbour (you cant help him until he comes to live) and the other one is your boss. you need to steal him on your work before. thats the trigger. friday afternoon.
before you talk to him on the gym you need to know him. you contact with him in the massage parlor and after that you dance with him in the club. when you already know him, then you can talk with him in the gym.
Okay, so, Frank ... I wonder if you can help here.
I finally got to trying this (you see, I have a bad habit of trying to exhaust possibilities of a previous version before launching into what's new. Partly just to savor the game, partly to try to make sure it's up to speed for new departures (preconditions met, etc.)
But I have quite a lot of problems here.
First to say, I do get the different "traffic-light color" decors and musics - and day-opening messages from Kate - when Kate wakes up. I still prefer the old decor/music (now the Orange setting), but maybe that's partly habit.
I started into 0.71(.29) Maxi in (Kate's) midweek, so I haven't tried the Weekend stuff (anything at the Club, esp) yet.
BUT various problems I've encountered so far are:
1. Kate loses her outside clothes at work, so has to leave work (and if you don't change her clothes for her, wakes up next day at home) in her white work robe. That bug doesn't seem fixed.
2. Mirror at home doesn't work for me. I presume that means in the hallway. Nothing, however close to it Kate stands.
3. No new dialog with Victor yet, despite getting Kate there before noon.
4. There's a right-pointing chevron arrow (weirdly) top left of the DESSERT poster up on the wall in the cafe - but all it does, when I click on it, is plonk Kate in front of Victor's counter, can't see any other function or purpose to it
5. Still no access to the Dark Alley any more, unless "invited" by a client or date. This bug has now come back for a third or fourth time over different versions of the game.
I've no idea which of these bugs are endemic to 0.71 original or may be new in 0.71.29. But, top and bottom of it, I've reverted to 0.68.27, as - new decors, musics and thoughts for the new morning apart - I've had only new bugs and no new developments so far.
Can you shed any light on my bugs (not suggesting you are an entomologist, just hope you have a view ...)!

You need to have visited and talked to Lance at the Police Station on Down St (to the right of Insexsity St where Kate lives, as you look at the game). If you've done that and still got no laptop, not sure what's wrong.

there is no option to enter at the police station she just says ( i can see prison from here ) there is no door icon
