You can replay scenes by selecting the "revisit scene option" when talking to Kira, Sam, etc. You can also select "dream" after choosing to sleep to replay scenes as well.
Could be fun if you can put a little bit gameplay with the original characters too, like after MC of IA2 watch all the porn it would unblock a special event where you control Nate to interact with his family again.
