He is 100% lying. If we're being charitable, he probably lost his motivation and found a "convenient reason" to quit working.
It's a shame because some of the recent scenes with 'landlady' were among the hottest I've ever seen in an AVN. Can't believe we lost it to such nonsense.

Well if he was genuine about what he said then he made the right call, its never a good idea to work on something you hate/dislike but if he was just making an excuse then whatever its not like this was a huge loss, its just another vn with low quality contents.
I am just glad i chose not to play, mostly it was because of sims 4's cartoonish look and the second reason was characters looked similar to one another and also because of the bad quality poses used for screenshots, you can clearly see male body clipping through female body in the last screenshot, seeing stuff like that is an instant no from most people who like at least some level of realism, no wonder he didn't gain much support.

People will put blame on everything except the root causes(in this case sex education, good parenting, strict enforcement of existing laws etc). People/Gov. have been playing the "blame game" for ages like they blamed on games for causing violence, porn for sexual crimes except blaming their own incompetence because it's easy to ban/restrict as a patch solution to shift/hide their incompetency and calm people's anger than really making hard systematic changes.
A list of porn websites is banned by ISPs on the request of gov. However there is no ban on consumption of Porn.
