Is not clear she did cheat on anyone as far I did read, if you believe that asshole Andres is up to you.
I prefer to believe Emily, even if she did that back then he will probably deserve it considering what he does before getting married.

But seriously where do you get that she did cheat, you are taking Andres's words as the only truth.
You can believe Andres or Emily but in the game is not clear that she cheated on him.
Whatever, this discussion is futile. ¯\_(ツ)_/¯ The Dev. will make her side more heroic and reasonable. I mean in the game there is no option to cut ties with her after he found out who his father was.
I honestly can't see the mom lying when you sit down and give her a chance to explain everything, if it later comes out that she did mess around with Santiago while married to Andres it would be 10 times worst than if she just admitted to it.
So it's unthinkable(and really dumb) to me that she would lie about it.
It's still unclear the circumstances of this meeting(s), i do give some reason to Andres in that he should've been invited, specially if it's a only learned about it after the fact" situation then Emily is giving him reason to be suspicious and angry.

How do you get the Nikki & Cara choice? I'm sure that i have more than 15 points with the first and more than nine with the other so i don't know that did i do wrong
