In France, the last year of high school, people are typically 17 and 18, and it's like that in pretty much every EU country. people redoing a year in their school history is not uncommon, but you won't find one in each class either. so finding someone being 19 is possible. though, definitely not someone that gets straight As

Legally Santiago is not MC's father. Anders naame is on birth certificate, therefore he is MC's father so Gabi being married to Santiago is not a problem. Especially now since they are getting divorced.
I don't know about other european countries but in Poland people need to study until they are 18.

I think dev already my leg here by artistically telling she is his step-mother. Revisit this scene in a different perspective.

I know, spent many years in Poland actually, beautiful country. They have adopted the US way many years ago as are other places in Europe (they are also discussing implementing it here also). You can't force someone to stay in school past 18 though even there I would imagine.

Yeah, you clearly missed all the other decisions of Patreon. There're tons of such games there, even such shit like Summertime Saga which includes pure incest and a game with incest, sodomy, rape, underage porn, and more shit. Patreon avoids many things but nothing will happen if Navarro is Gabi's husband. They allow way more than you think and what that statement looks alike. The key is communication about the content with them and that's what Nyx constantly does in the past. But even if Navarro isn't Gabi's (soon-to-be-)husband. What does it matter? It wouldn't make the game worse.

I'd say it's a grey area to be honest. Yes Santi is MC's biological father so by that Gabi would technically be MC's stepmother by marriage. However as that's only incest by legality rather than blood then there's the question of whether it actually counts because MC's legal father is Andres, that's what's on his birth certificate, so there's actually no relation to Gabi through blood, or through legality because Santi isn't MC's legal father.

We only know Adrianna drove Alexis to Melissa's house. we don't know or see if Emily goes to Melissa's house at the same time. We only see Erynn visiting Emily's house in the flashbacks, we only assume Emily visits Melissa's. Alexis confirms she knew Emily before the story begins, so either Emily visited Melissa while Alexis is there, or Alexis went with Erynn to get MC and play. We can't conclude anything beyond that.
Why would Melissa knowing Alexis's dad be important ? and Melissa probably knows who Alexis' dad is, because Erynn knows him very well and Erynn usually tells everything to her mom.
Emily doesn't care who Santiago's wife is. She only talked about MC with him. and even if she knows, it doesn't matter.

Patreon are probably going at it one by one and thoroughly analyzing each project retroactively. it takes a long time.
but going forward, all new content will have that new rule applied.

Why do you think Nyx is savagely changing the age ? i would bet she discussed it and wants to avoid being at any risk at all for the foreseeable future.
the same applies to incest/stepcest.
it doesn't make the finished game worse, but it severely diminishes the impact of cliffhangers, reveals and dramas, though. that's what i'm repeating here again. and those are part of the experience. so going for other plots and tropes would make for a better experience, at least for me. ymmv.

I wrote it mostly from in game perspective. I know it's quite dumb considering that in US people can have sex with step family. What I meant to say that when government don't know about something, they generally don't care and very few people(ingame) know about who is MC's father. Of course Patron won't care about it, so yeah writing it was quite dumb.
I like your reasoning, but honestly, Santiago being MC's bio dad and Gabi being married to him is a pretty straight line as far as relationship goes.
Nyx even teases the player by making MC say the stepmom getting with her son is very cliché.

Many devs release one version for patreon and another version for public with extra content like AWAM.
Developer can always do another version to give the audience the true story. Many games actually do that.

I think Nyxx will do in the very final ending the exposure that all are rtelated and all was incest...
..whole city is MC 's fathers harem....they changed the rules fairly recently to include stepfamily and extended family. they are still reviewing the existing projects, it's a long process to go over every line of text and every images/vifeos. I know "where it all began" got deleted, even though they didn't state it clearly as stepsister, stepmother, it was heavily implied. there is also the reference to underage sex, but the rules said it is ok as long as it is not depicted and stays in the past and in text form.
Patreon rules also cover "patches" that the dev would release to "change" the relationship of the characters.
I'm sticking to that, because it's her livelyhood at stake. without Patreon and Steam, the income takes a massive dive, and affording the development of the game becomes a big gamble.

also the dev of Intertwined is supposedly a woman. I never saw Nyx in person myself, so I can't confirm. I just go with the flow there and say "she"
it was when Mel takes MC home after his fallout with his mom. Mel will tell the story of how she met Emily. you should try to check it out again, there are some interesting facts that will help you make sense of some of your questions.
