He would obviously release it anonymously, It would be tough to prove. Even with MC seeing the video, it would be hearsay in court, and impossible to prove.

If I recall she is working there because he is blackmailing her or rather she didn't quit because of it. As she had no idea Ethan was part of the model agency or his father ran it when she started working. id think if she worked for another agency he can blackmail her just as easily

I assume its likely some combination of the two. Ethan's pop probably pays her the most of any agency and Ethan blackmails her to keep her there.
