yeah I personally don't like it and in my mind id probably still see and consider the Gym scene as their first time till I see mention it wasn't in the game it's self. Only because I see the first sometime as a milestone and something you look forward to with most LI. Now not a big deal to me even less so cause Muscle Mommy not my favorite.

That's exactly it though, it will still be the first time, even if there's an actual first time before it that we don't see! It doesn't make sense to me from a story perspective. It would basically have to be them saying to someone, or referencing in conversation with each other or something, that they have had sex and we just haven't seen it. Or they have sex for the first time and when they're done they say something like "that was better/worse/different" than the first time, and we as the audience are left confused. As usual, I trust Nyx to make her story work, but I'm not sure in advance how this one will play out.

As for Cara, she will always have a tough time getting out of her sisters shadow... the game wants to select which one goes through here and it's always Nikki.
It's just the structure of the game, only one sister "survives" the flashback, and it's Nikki... Cara gets knocked out before we can get attached to her.

Did Cara’s first or second hairstyle actually have any real impact? From the very start there hasn’t really been any hype around Cara in this thread. If I had to guess, most people will just check out her “change” and then forget about her existence again.
It's like she was already losing then she scored an own goal...
The biggest impact was Cara's second hairstyle, although it didn't look like it at first, but after MC left Riverside, the more we saw her out later, the more she reminded me of an elderly lady. Maybe she wanted to look a little older with the new hairstyle, but later in the game she started to look much older than before.

I disagree about Nikki and the gym sex scene being their first time feeling out of place. If anything it suits her character IMO, she's playful and fun. The MC made the effort to come and see her at work and be silly, then couldn't keep their hands off each other, one thing led to another.
They are also trying to keep their relationship a secret at that point for now, so that entails some sneaking around. So at work most likely feels safer than at home.
Also not everything needs to be romantic and candle lit. Sometimes sex is spontaneous, besides it's not like either of them are virgins.
i skipped "common" scenes which were same on all girls like lexi driving her sister somewhere (not sure where).
