just a thought to throw out there. with how many "intertwined" connections between characters and all the ways characters are tiptoing the line of incest... every chapter either teasing or confirming new ties between kids and parents... does anyone think Nyx will pull a reverse?
each chapter we find out new confirmation of biological parents,
Anyone think its possible we gonna get an opposite plot twist in future chapters aka finding out someone is adopted and that they don't know about it? like maybe layla and alexis or cara and nikki are not biological sisters (i really doubt it but its just example to explain what i mean)
and on the side note... did anyone else started theorizing why is Andre (i hope i spelled that right) back and if it is related to any of the LI's aka did he maybe find out he has a daughter and that is why he is back. Maybe elena? Maybe MC made him have change of heart and now he wants to own up to his mistakes and go be a good dad to Elena and her brothers...

The remake will likely only go to episode 10, if that. Last episode she remade episode 3 and it was a great improvement IMO. I look forward to seeing more of it.

I always hug Andres, because like it or not, he is your dad. Maybe not bio, but he did what a father does - he stepped up when Emily could take no more.i dont hug him on the nikki path but otherwise i do hug him if i play a softer MC
when i do playthroughs where MC is flirty asshole who cheats left and right i roll a dice on that choice, either i hug him cause game recognize game so i have no reason to be mad at him, or i stick to mc being asshole persona and not hug... there is lot of variants going in my head when it comes to that hug
He may have his own flaws, but so does MC and what's great is that no one is actually perfect in this world.
Andres takes him in when no one else would and did the best he could. Yeah he took a swing at you(the MC), but that's not uncommon in families (especially Hispanic families).

my dad used to beat me when i was kid so when i grew up and saw him try to raise hand of my mom i beat the shit out of him and he ended up kicking me out of house and called police on me. So yeah, i have no respect for Andres in playthroughs where he raises hand on MC. But other playthroughs where that does not happen i am capable of not holding grudge against him for something he did not do so i do make MC hug him for reasons you already pointed out
EDIT: another reason to not him is because we know he is repeating offender. IF he made mistake and now asks for forgiveness i would be more inclined to agree with you to live and let live. But we know that he is repeating offender, he cheated on Emily, then he left her for someone else, and then during one of the visits to alvarado (again, i am bad with names so i apologize if i mispelled the town name) we see him cheating on cara/nikki's mom with someone else or maybe my timelines are getting blurry so maybe this scene happen when he is not dating their mom anymore either way, he is already on his next target... and judging from the pattern he probably fucked up that one as well before the visit in new chapter.
so there is a big difference between "i have seen the errors of my ways and i am sorry for what i did" and "oops i did it again" IMO

Yes, this is most likely one of the parts of the now abandoned Ethan blackmail plots. Which would have included Iris and Ethan, maybe Iris taking Erynn's place in an attempt to save her from it?
I'm happy that the blackmail stuff is getting resolved soon, I'm sick of it and Ethan's dumb face.
