Wait, really? I did that on my Erynn save because I thought that was the +Erynn option. MC unable to see her come to harm right in front of him and standing up for her. Sticking to the plan is a more... well, not colder MC, but one who can take watching her get smacked around for the goal.

The guy who impulsively comes to the rescue against what he previously planned certainly sounds more romantic than the dude that sticks with the plan even though the girl is suffering.
One would think Erynn would appreciate her white knight coming to the rescue.
But Nyx wanted to punish players for violence somehow...

On the plus side (like Justaphase said) it's a nice father daughter moment.

I think the beating him up and taking his phone option was meant to lead somewhere but got ditched (surprise, surprise). So sticking with the plan is the best option for now it seems, plus it allows Erynn to spend some time with her father.

This too, it would lead to some bad consequences...
But since it got written out Nyx decided to still give players a slap on the wrist for being violent.

That is true. Many older players on this thread have complained about the MC constantly getting his ass kicked, but you've shared the believable reasons why he loses fights.

One-on-one against Ethan, Zach or with Nathan as his tag team partner, the outcomes are the opposite.

John and the MC also make a formidable pair. With the element of surprise, Val can also help.

(EDIT: We are most likely assured we are getting back at Lucas with interest for his sucker punch, knee and kicks, like we got back at Manual and his goons, Ethan and his goons and Zach.)

Like, I'm down with it conceptually. But the execution of it is just so laughable and dragged out and it ends up being more of a stain and a reason to dislike Erynn than a plus to her story.

Instead of activating protector mode to stop Ethan from fucking with Erynn, I end up activating "shut the fuck up" mode to stop Ethan from shitting up the story with his stupid face. I want MC to stop Ethan to get him out of the story, more than I want MC to stop Ethan to save Erynn from him.

My thoughs exactly. There are way too many characters for the story to feel like Ethan has a place in it. He's actively blackmailing Erynn, but what does that entail? Erynn is free to walk around with MC that has jumped and beat him twice now, and twice more with his goons around, but he doesn't really do anything about it...

He's just scheming about nothing, And now that he knows John is Erynn's father it doesn't really matter halfway since his advantage is gone, John knows that Erynn is his daughter. Only thing is the MC squad doesn't know that he knows, but he doesn't know that they know either...
And why does this weird, uncharismatic guy have so many resources that he's able to keep this facade going.

We don't know for certain that it was Zach who pushed his bike over. My money is on Lucas (guy from the park) after he probably saw the MC with Layla and Elena in the morning at school. Most assume that it was Zach but it was likely a bait and switch.

I think it was just her perception of the situation, she didn't have a front row seat and from her position a shove may have looked like punch.
Wether you have a relationship with Gabi or is just a student to her she reports the same thing, so no ulterior motives.

Other than the fact Nyx wanted the MC suspended no matter what, that's the true ulterior motive.

He's been pretty much forgotten(seems like this happens a lot).
There is one scene, where Layla, and only Layla, not Val or MC who were also present, has her hoodie stolen while they practice in the park, many(me included) suspect him due to the suspicious circumstances.

And maybe this Bike drop
But no proof of anything, just suspicion.

I think its just a misunderstanding or one of the students who saw it lied on Zach's behalf. She comes in, Zach is on the ground and he's saying MC punched him. MC says he didn't, but the actual scene Gabi stumbled onto doesn't really help his case.

So I figure she probably just reported what she saw and heard, and it was taken by Adriana as if Gabi was saying MC hit Zach. Misunderstanding from miscommunication. Happens all the time in school. I got in trouble over the same thing once, and I was the kid being bullied in the situation.

Orrrrr, Gabi followed up, grabbed a student or two to ask what actually happened. And for whatever reason, they said MC hit Zach. MC's Parker luck kicking in.

Yeah the Push option would only make sense to me if there was a lesser punishment or none at all or if punch makes you lose points with certain LI. But only Val sort of thought of Zack as a friend at least until the MC told her about his involvement with the Ethan fight.

Who at that school is doing anything on Zach's behalf? One of the jocks maybe? Most of the women try to avoid him.
