For Ethan, I feel like Gabi would fit him.
This one is very simple — Darryl. We haven’t seen much of TJ, so it’s hard for me to compare TJ vs. Darryl.
If we’re talking about a girl, then Val (although he admits he can’t keep up with that girl). So I’d also lean towards Layla.
Considering neither him nor Layla showed any interest in even talking to each other in two years they've known each other, trying to pair them doesn't make much sense. Not to mention dude already has his girlfriend of sorts he's happy to bicker with all day long and who does look good objectively, so.
I still remember bringing Nikki to school and everyone was like dayum whos that bitch.

Daryl could barely handle val, he'll be so busy keeping up with her, he'll have no energy for MC
Iris would force Zach's bitch ass to get right asap. Then she'd dump him for being boring thereby breaking his heart
Ethan can have the flight attendant, he can even follow her into the underworld.
