If you ended things cleanly, it's a friendly interaction, they talk, they are happy to see you...
If you used the Julia method they cold shoulder you badly

The tags CHEATING and NETORARE have some differences because, in general, from the games I've played, they seem the same to me.
I've played games that only used the CHEATING tag and had elements similar or identical to games that prefer to use the NTR tag, such as swinging, cuckolds, hotwives...
For me, it doesn't matter which word is used, and sometimes both depend on the developer.

Here is what this game includes:
You(Male MC) can initiate relationships with various girls simultaneously, but they all expect to be the one, no harems here.
If a girl finds out you've been lying to her, she'll be extremely pissed.
That's the "cheating" tag, you can cheat on your partner.
So far none of the dateable girls have hooked up with a different partner.

Apparently you didn't understand my comment, and I only had a question about the synonyms that the terms I mentioned might have, and I already know the answer to my question.
What I wanted to know has already been answered by a user above, that is, this game doesn't have the elements I mentioned of sharing or swinging and other similar themes.
That's all I wanted to know, but in reality I should have suspected it because when the Netorare tag isn't present, it's because the developer doesn't include those situations in the games.

The author never planned the sharing and NTR in this game. MC chases the girls with more or less success... Although there are "rumors" that after the game is over, he will transform some scenes into something NTR-like... But most of the players are interested in the original version... Until then, we'll just joke about the possible variations...
To be more precise, the author has her own version of the game which does include NTR elements. So yeah, you could say that's the "original vision" of what it should be.
It's just she gives the players sanitized version of it, because that was the initial promise/premise and she realizes how "well received" it'd be to change things up at this point. But you can still see some recently aired trial balloons if the frogs would actually mind all that much getting boiled.
