Translation is fine, just like all of dazedanon's works that you also complained about before never trying. (Now having said that, this game is pretty meh... but there's nothing wrong with the TL)

So what type of focus does this have? The Overview makes it sounds like monster defeat-rape, but the sample pictures look like sexual harassment/humilition.

Try it before you judge it. Simple as that.
This recent trend of GPT MTL are far better than the typical Google Translate garbage you've seen churned out over the years.
This method is new, and it's effective. Is nuance lost compared to a hand-crafted human translation? Of course. But there's a pretty significant shortage of humans currently providing this service and those who do are often backlogged for years.
Human translations can't be beat, but these GPT translations are readable, understandable, and perfectly capable of delivering the story and porn and having it make sense.
Personally? I don't really want to wait decades for all of these titles to be translated to perfection by the select few people who do this for a living. This is porn, for fuck's sake. I'm not trying to read Shakespeare, I just want to enjoy some hgames and make their plots, mechanics, and interfaces understandable. That's it.
You likely have higher standards than me. That's fine, you can wait for the proper translations if you like. I, for one, welcome our GPT overlords.

Why are people complaining about MTL when these games have 0 chance for a manual translation anyway?
Is this gonna need a walkthrough like the other HTD games? I remember that (iirc) each of their games contain plot-pitfalls where you get stuck on a bad-end route without realizing it. Though that could be because they were untranslated and I can't read moonrunes.

Oh btw this is Dr.Chek translation I posted the unfinished version on a discord and that one landed then 4chan which is now uplaoded here. There are still parts untranslated in the game that are not translated. You can even see this because there are the test saves still in the save-game folder. There are still Japanese words in the menu that got not translated. I would rather wait for him, especially because he is the one that bugfixes. This is the link where the other dude posted it:
