Well thank you for fixing Black screen with this patch at least, it no longer happens, still the game is unplayable. My previously mentioned item icons are missing and conversations still fail to load. Holding hope with next patch then.

When I see Chinese, Korean, or Japanese picture language styles, I wish they would convert the content they show visually into the language of the translated game in general. Ever wonder how much cultural, or other content you are missing because no one bothers to tell you what the signage is?

I don't have this problem, 1.06 works well so far. (tested with Ntleas,default jap. settings).

Well thank you, nice to know that I'm one of the unlucky ones to have it I guess... using US locale, but so far switching did not help.

It worked fine with Wine (with LC_ALL=ja_JP.UTF-8 in the environment file) for me.
So most likely "need old DirectX to run".

Did you guys having issue tried passing -force-d3d9 / -force-d3d10 / -force-d3d11 as an argument? Unity allows these flags and in my experience running Unity games with rendering errors on Linux they help more than one might expect.

OMG this actually works, finally I can try the game in working state. Thank you sir, for this suggestion of a workaround.

Fun survival game only complaint is dialogue... a character asks how the MC knew her plane crashed [he made it crash] and instead of saying he saw the plane crash [logical lie] he just says he guessed.. so not only is he a shitty person for making the plane crash he is a shitty liar.

Anyone ever had Yui's objective prepare Tinder and Special Grilled Fish not updated even after you prepare it? I even had the Special Grilled Fish scene activated. Now I am supposed to set up trap for Yui but I dunno how.

I can't get Fujiko's quest done right. I think it might be bugged. First playthrough I think I triggered it too soon. Second one, I can't get the unknown herbal medicine (from ancient village exploration) appraised by Evelyn.
