Use Notepad to open the file "script.rpy".
Use Ctrl+H shortcut and replace:
Landlady -> Mom/Mother
Landlord -> Dad/Father
Tenant -> Son
Save and close the file and you're done. The game becomes more fun instantly.
BTW you can change the name of Alex to a more suitable one for you
Sorry but your "personal preference" is 80 50 150, and your eastern europe/brazil women don't exist - if you give more buffor in waist maybe it is better. I have my own style and don´t want to reflect the reality to 100%. I don´t need to make similar characters from well-known artists. Aspects like the hip-waste-ratio represents my style and my personal preferences. There is so much other different content, which isn´t ordinary, and that´s great I think. This site is full of diversity, if you check the thread "Show us your DazSkill".
Furthermore, I think every creator deserves respect, especially if something was shared for free. I didn´t want to create the typical curvy "Mom" with big tits, because I was inspired of several models and pornstars from Eastern Europe and Brazil with wide hips, smaller breasts and a gap between the legs, which are more slender than others.
And according to the plot, there are some other factors which affected the look of the female character.

You have accentuated your female character's hip displacement to the point that she appears to suffer from some joint disease. I find that extremely jarring and am unwilling to spend time watching her. You're certainly well within your rights to create the game and characters you choose. In my opinion this game looks more like if a pomelo went on a big long hammer fight with a soft banana and after the fight a volcano erupted and they got buried in the lava.. but you were close enough
