You wont really miss out on much if you decide to go for latest version, most of the stuff that was cut from v2 were just bad and out of place. Iirc v6 doesnt have any of the pregnancy scenes (although v2 doesn't have much of it, only like two scenes), go for v2 if that's your cup of tea

IIRC, the mom and son got a much needed remodel. He was made to look shorter/younger and she was made to look taller/thiccer. Easy choice between that or pregnancy.

How do you know that you have unlocked all of the content for both versions as I seem to be stuck in a loop.
