You must start the installation with the Japanese settings on the PC or with the locale emulator set to Japanese.

1.03 version, but its very buggy and censored. Newer version and uncensor exist, but i cant find them too. ( the site where all this was uploaded died, it was not possible to download something from there even with the help of web.archive.org)

Also clicked on one of the exe apps and don't know wtf happened but it made my pc restart.

did you have any luck? I looked everywhere and can't find a uncensor.
So, i recently tried to play this game however despite following every install instructions correctly (at least i believe) i cannot launch it.
I try to launch the english exe with my emulator but all it do is giving me two error alert: failed to read BGM tables, failed to read SE tables, failed to read BGM for toon effect ( translated from japanese) and i get a dark screen for the game, closing once i close the last alert.
Anyone with more technical knowledge could tell me what i need to do?

You don't need to install the game, you just need to add the location of the game's "installation" data to the registry.
Address: \HKEY_CURRENT_USER\SOFTWARE\REAL\ITAZURAS
If the key doesn't exist, create it from the "reg fix.reg" that I'll attach, then go to the registry address and edit the "Install folder" key to the main folder where you have the game.
You can now run the game from "Itazura Gakuen English.exe", make sure you do it using "Locale Emulator" in Japanese or by changing your system's regional settings to Japanese

You installed it wrong. If I remember correctly, after installing it you have to install several patches that comes in the same folder. I don't remember it because the last time I played it was about 5 years ago, but it was also difficult for me to install it.
By the way, to install it correctly you must install it with the Locale Emulator in Japanese or directly change the language of your operating system to Japanese, otherwise it will restart your computer. You must also install the patches in the correct order and with the Locale Emulator in Japanese.
Edit: When you have installed it correctly you must also start the .exe in English with the Locale Emulator in Japanese.
