I think this is the bleeding out concept that a lot of story that uses VR/AR states. It would also be a story plot point that the characters calling the others via the game nameI'm playing with this idea right now, it is surprisingly difficult to find a reference video of a neon light flickering on.
It's turned into one of those things, like posing a character's arms when they're standing still, where I suddenly forget how something looks in real life.

Why can't you guys come to me with these good ideas before I do the renders?
I was thinking about doing something with the glitch effect but I wanted to keep it clear that this was just a title screen for the player and not something that the MC is observing. I might be erring a little too much on the side of caution though.

Make a note that this choice will open a transgender Route. I guess who is not into that content would not care if it is f to m, m to f or whatever. They mostly just straight up don't want any gender fluidity.

Hard to say.
People who don't like trans content have differing reasons why they don't. Probably the easiest way is to simply give a standard warning message that the choice will lead to some trans content, and let people decide from there. If they don't want to see anything with her, they can simply skip it and let the rest of us enjoy her scenes.

I wouldn't worry too much about breaking the 4th wall with a little disclaimer next a choice. It's pretty standard practice, so I've never found it jarring. At first, I'll probably just label it as a (futa/trans) choice. People actively seeking that type of content might be a little disappointed with the initial scenes but they probably won't be breaking out the torches and pitchforks over it. If they do start tearing down the gates to my manor, I'll go back and try something a little more explicit.

I think this is sound, except I would steer away from calling it 'futa' unless you're explicitly going for futanari scenarios (i.e. characters dual-wielding genitalia, which it doesn't sound like from your description); just label it "trans content" to minimize confusion.
Some people are very into futanari and not into actual trans people at all, and vice versa some people are open to actual transgendered people and not so much the fantasy creations. Every time a game on here has trans content in it, you get players attracted by the "futa/trans" tag vocally disappointed that there are no futanari to be found.
(I don't have the game to hand, but don't remember there being such a content note before the Sin-D scene in the prologue? Could easily be mistaken though.)

The Sin-D scene is labeled but I just this moment switched it from (Futa) to (Trans), I was just going to use futa for everything because I thought that was some kind of standard porn game practice but it definitely makes more sense to draw a distinction. Especially since this game has both trans and futa characters.
Side note - Sara is going to have the wombo combo downstairs and the best assets I have right now are not perfect. One (golden palace) is extremely functional, but the dick part is essentially her clitoris morphed into the shape of a dick (not just a giant clit like the last scene, it's dick shaped) so the texture is the same for the glans and the shaft. The other looks fine, but I can't really pose it or anything. For now I'm just going to backload her content for the upcoming round of sim scenes and pray that someone releases an asset that works for what I need.
