I'm not gonna lie, the first comment and the description had me incredibly suspicious. It just looked so... generic?
Apologies for my rudeness, but that's really the most accurate descriptor I can come up with.
It's such blatant wish fulfillment (I mean, seriously, "the story of how I became crowned school hero!").
I'm not gonna shit on it or anything, different strokes for different folks, and it does seem to pretty much just be a solid nukige, but wow.

Honestly, kind of struggling to find words because of how... surprised I am. Just - caught completely flat-footed, here.
I sincerely thought they would all turn out to be some degree of crazy ass yandere and it would become a battle royale along the lines of "IF I CAN'T HAVE YOU NO ONE CAN," of insanity-cranked-to-the-max, a real wild ride of horror, satire, and meaningful messages about mass-produced pornography and a reflection on the reader's perceived self-worth.
A sort of bittersweet and sadistic tongue-in-cheek motivational message on how you have to really earn your happy ending, and how just when it seems like everything is wrapping up, that's when everything really begins.

So please enlighten me, the main game on the OP is cracked/patched or shall I apply al the 3 patches below to have the whole 18+ game ?

The patches are there for anyone who had already downloaded the previous version(s) of the game. The links right below the word "DOWNLOAD" are for the game itself, and as it states: Cracked/18+ Patch/Fixed up to v1.03. To answer simply, yes, it is cracked, patched with the 18+ H-content, and contains the font fix introduced in version 1.03. Just download that, extract, and enjoy.

So, i saw some comments about saying that they dont have harem in the game, but, then, i see the harem tag, so, can anyone explain to me if this game has or dont have harem?

After playing through all routes, I can tell you, no, there is no need for a harem tag. Even after all routes are cleared, you are presented with the same five choices, and can only choose one.
