wait so are there sex scenes or no? in the link to the patch it says "There is a bug in some versions of the game where there are no voices being played during H-scenes." so that makes me think there's sex scenes but the developer notes say no scenes

Like m0zsca said - " ....this download is the 18+ game with sex scenes and the patch simply fixes the bug for the 18+ version... " ;)
