Are there girl packs? I was looking in the OP since this sort of game normally has them but maybe I'm just blind as shit.
Jack doesn't have girl packs like Slave Maker or Brothel King does because the girls in here are not meant to be specific girls. They are random slaves. The game tries to match the image it's showing by matching the age, hair color and hair length of the girl in the image to the age, hair color and hair length of your slave.

Moreover, the previous image packs were mostly merged into the official game a while ago. Then even more images have been added to since, and a lot were replaced (to remove censoring).
Meaning you're not missing much content, since there has never been as many images in the game as there is now.
The only flaw of that is some of the packs used to have special things going for them (real porn instead of hentai, or .gif instead of static pictures). But now these packs are not compatible since the organization of the file names has been remade (the game would mostly load generic pictures since the images were also separated between eye colors... It was a cluster fuck).
TL;DR: even with all the packs of 1.7 put together, you'd have 1000 picture tops, with sometimes incorrect proportions and a lot of censoring. Now you have around 1500 pictures in the official game without censoring and with the correct size to fit the frame. So don't worry.

You need to be more careful about the training path/method you're taking.
Try to identify what exactly in your training method is lowering nature and try to avoid it if the slave has low nature.
As for raising it, being an assistant raises it slowly. Or sending her to the golden cage (reward) also slowly raises it.
You can mouse over the stat's name in the slave's stat screen to see exactly how close she is to leveling up/down

But I had comments that it looked out of place for such a technological hospital. The problem is I haven't seen a non-CGI futuristic hospital. However, I may have found a picture replacement:

Considering we never leave our slaves there and every procedure is quick, I am not sure beds are the right concept (neither image). We can look for an image of a chamber with techno-magical stuff surrounding an operating table (or a chair), things like robotic octopus arms, crystals, lenses, etc. I'm sure some robo-tentacle hentai (pre-penetration) would serve in a pinch.
Just cause we don't doesn't mean no one does though.
It's better in my opinion. At least it indicates that technology is present here.
Healing over time is what you do when you can't afford magical or technological treatment (as we see from even mortal wounds being removable). The medical center has no reason to provide overnight hospitality services (beds, meals). Those are things found in hospitals in our world because they can't cure ailments instantly. You could imagine some kind of long-withering-magical-disease that would require daily interventions, and someone rich enough to pay for them, but that would not be common enough to support standard wards filled with beds. They might have a few dedicated rooms for such patients, but we would not see them. (They would not be standard treatment rooms.)

While this is a definite improvement, I still think that a robo-tentacle hentai setting (minus the girl) would be best. For the cause, you must go forth and review many hentai drawings to find something suitable.

And I think that the last one is sure good looking. Even if we are talking about rome, I don't think that EVERYTHING should look scary and bad.
With people of many, MANY different world and culture... finding something different should be ok.
Maybe, it should be possible to find a small piece of "heaven" where things seems good or at least normal even Rome. What do you think?
