Any way I can make it read gif files again? I would like to add some animated gifs. Or even webm which would be even better

But they are hidden behind a .png extension. It's the only way it could work with the engine back in 2.0, it could accept only one extension if you wanted to randomize pictures. About webm, and even mp4, it was our plan for 2.2 but it was too complicated. Maybe one day!
Though to be honest, I tend to think badly about hentai animations. They are often amateurish, or low budget, straight out of the uncanny valley.
If you ever make a pack for yourself, don't hesitate to send me the animations that you think are god tier, I'd gladly add them into the game

no that dosen't seem to work. I can make the game read the gif files. Do you know how I can fix this?

It should work tho.
What I can suggest is quicksave and spam handjob, until in-game you see all the "general" pictures for it.
One or two of them should be animated, in-game. Look and confirm that to me. Then we'll try to see what's wrong in your method of image replacement

I finally made it bros, patrician in hardcore custom with no point investment (so no faction) and rejecting Isabella, never made it that far before, is there something else to do in the game once you finish story mode?

Nothing of the sort was made as far as I know. Except, maybe, in the russian versions you can find on the wiki (or directly on Pornolab).

As for APNG, it was a plan for 2.2, but it was more complex than we thought and necessitates an engine rework or smth, as I understood
On the side of the trophy room it lists the total number of trophies and the categories. From there it should be fairly obvious what you are missing.

Yes, there's supposed to be (and quite a lot of polish went into the soundtrack).
My first guess is that you haven't fully followed the steps and pre-requisite downloads in the "Installation" part of the original post. It countains two links, with in total 4 things to download. I recommend you do that.
I appreciate you being very active here. When I download MS visual 2019 I'm confused as to all the install options. Hopefully the bare default will suffice.
You don't need to install all of MS Visual Studio to run this game. You just need the runtime components. If you follow the link from the OP (

), scroll down that page to the bottom section (Other Tools, Frameworks and Redistributables) and download the one named Microsoft Visual C++ Redistributable for Visual Studio 2019 (second download button in the screenshot below).
However, if you were missing this, the game usually wouldn't even start... so this probably does not explain why your sound is not working.
