How do you turn off skill decay on Normal/Hardcore?

I think it's only possible in Custom Game when starting new game.

As u guys might know I've been making AI image pack for this game. But I greatly misjudged this game compatibility with AI, specifically 3 age categories: loli, young and milf.

It sounds super ez on paper, but in reality AI produces girls of all ages and to fit them into those 3 separate categories is almost impossible task. It all comes down to anime art and personal conception of age: for example in Japan 16yo high school student looks like 12yo middle school in USA. 12yo should be considered loli right? But then it makes 99% of all anime characters lolis since basically all of them look like 12-14yo kids. This is the main reason why the work is going super slow.

So let me give u an example - meet Shirai Kuroko from To Aru Majutsu no Index anime:

This is a game ready art, so I want to ask u guys:

Is Shirai Kuroko a loli? Should she be put into loli category or young category? If she is a loli, should ALL anime characters be put into loli category as well then?

For me that's exactly how loli should look like, others are too much.
