I have question: If she takes over as Mom how is it she doesn't ever covert the "her old room" and stop returning to city?
If she accepts incest why not make that a thing in game and carry her father's baby aka her sister/brother.

i would not start catering to the naysayers or before long they want everything to be optional and the game ceases to be a game ... design the game your way they will either like it or they wont , but once an artist starts selling out they are no longer an artist ...
