Unfortunately I was not active on f95zone nor Kemono at the time, so I was not able to grab anything before December 2021. Everything I posted about + whatever is in the OP is all I have archived right now.

The 2021-03 Tier 2 pack has extended art for Miss Fortune & Irelia (Tier 1 only includes like the top half). But that is the only instance where there is different art between the tiers. Please correct me if I'm wrong.
