For Chapter 3 you have to play from the beginning, please do not use saves from Chapter 2. If someone uses saves from Chapter 2 they will miss events and will not be able to finish it. It is a standalone chapter. Unfortunately SNC has toned it down significantly so that Chapter 3 is now very easy to finish. Screenshot 63 concerns version 2.7

btw the old patch from the previous game works in this game as well


there should be a small bug in v20, so u should also DL the broom_menu.rpy and put it into your game folder (and overwrite the old one).
broom_menu.rpy is for v20 only! I'm not shure, if it works with future versions

I have been trying to do a "Revised (fresh-start) Gameplay with v7.
Wiped all the old folders (app-data/installed game) but no mater what I try,
I cannot trigger ANY scene that will advance "event2 = 2" to "event2 = 3" !!
That means we MUST START WITH VERSION 2 and play until we have TRIGGERED "event3" (The Ring Quest),

Normally it should be triggered with version 2 V2. So half a year ago.

Yes the issue is (From V3 onwards ?) that after you water the plants ($ event2 = 2),
when you go to sleep at night "$ event2 = 2" "Resets to "$ event2 = 0"
Therefore we can never trigger the above scene as we will have "$ event2 = 0"

Have attached two saves below.
4-1-LT1 = just before you go to the MC's Rm to sleep ($ event2 = 2),
4-2-LT1 = The Next Day just as you wake up! ($ event2 = 0)

I'll check, because it could be that we need to get event2 = 3 on the same day that you get event2 = 2. If that is possible, the reset could stay. The same was in version 2 V7 with an event, it could only be triggered on the day we got event_s = 3. See

That was not a mistake. SNC has subsequently changed it so that it is now very easy to trigger. I would have left it as it is.

The Gameplay works IF you use the appropriate versions.
I am trying to rewrite it just using v7, but that's not possible at the moment.
