In terms of visual quality? Yes. Stoper's renders are all-around high quality, whereas DPC is focussing on character models for the most part. Environment assets are usually not very detailed in DPC's renders unless it's important for the scene. He's just cutting corners to be more effective/productive, but he certainly could (and has) create the same level of quality.
Yeah, I guess I see a high quality render when the Character is looking good or realistic. I don't pay attention to environments that much. What I mean to say is that DPC's characters looks more real and better than Stoper's imo.
Criticism on Stoper workflow, communication and quantity produces per month can be acceptable, but associating render quality of DPC to Stoper is an insult to people with functioning eyesight. If you say DPC characters look more real, where most of them are cartoonish: Isabella proportions are real?; Riona (eyes are so big compared to her head); Maya (a wig for hair, horrible skin, fake boobs); Jill (proportions, goblin smile, porcelain teeth); MC's cock; Sage changing face; all the feminist girls are fat and ugly and so on. Yeah, Sarah's body is realistic, that' one.
Not even talking about clothes or how bodies are posed, deformed legs (common DAZ problem) and such.
DPC focuses on quantity, he produces loads of average renderings. He does not have the time to polish each image. I really like Being a DIK but I'm not blind.

I disagree on the last part, it's simply a false statement. DPC has produced probably the best overall VN, but he just can't reach a high quality in renderings and never did approach the level of Stoper. DPC just uses DAZ for his renderings, and that's it. He also does not care to improve his quality to Stoper's level, as you wrote, "DPC cuts corners" and that's a savy choice for his business. Stoper is an excellent artist but from a business perspective DPC could teach him all the day and Stoper should just stay silent and learn.
--*--
They have an opposite approach, Stoper aims for perfection in each rendering, all the other aspects are secondary. DPC has a clear global vision of his project and a constant focus on his cash-flow. Stoper releases his game for free, DPC bans from Patreon/Discord if you only dare to say you used a mod or express a fair critique. With their current VNs, DPC made millions of euro, Stoper makes 1600 EUR/month.
They are two so distant and diverging approaches to VN, if feels just wrong to compare them.

Do you want to change Stoper's approach? Yeah, good luck with that. :KEK:
According to Stoper himself he spends a lot of time in clothing and hair, he even uses other softwares like Zbrush and Marvelous Designer

"As far as getting help, the way DAZ works makes it rather hard to do. I've been thinking about it, and one area where I lose a lot of time is fixing clothes and hair. This is done in an external program, so passing it on to someone else to drape garments in Marvelous Designer, or fix the deformations in ZBrush would be pretty simple. But I have not seen anyone who does it to the extent I want it done."

You can evidence that in these renders, for example:

Their hairstyles are very elaborated and Shani's clothes have a lot of texture and different tones, even with translucid segments.

According to DAZ artists, moving clothes position properly like in the next render is very difficult and demanding. That's why you don't see situations like this one that much in these VNs (Usually the devs show a render with clothes and the next one without them).

Remember the glass of wine held by Shani? Here not only looks unnatural, but like she is actually not holding it, her fingers aren't flexed.

The difference in the background's details are evident too.

Look at Isabella's hair and Jessica's one

Not only there's a lot more texture in Jessica's hair, it's evident that DrPinkCake is using an enhace tool to increase artificially his renders resolution, almost no skin texture neither. That render is from his last update.

In terms of renders, JOHN is in a different league, if you ask me.

Guess why I said DPC's focus isn't on render quality. I never questioned if JOHN's renders look better than BaDIK's. Are people even reading my posts? All I'm saying is that DPC could absolutely compete with the best artists out there if he wanted to. His special renders alone have a much higher quality than regular renders inside the game, and even here I'd argue he's not wasting much time on them.

As for the rest of your post; I'm glad you're providing evidence that Stoper was able to produce way more content years ago, as that's when some of these Shani&Jess renders had been created. Nothing has changed in terms of render quality, but he's somehow taking 3-4x as long to create the same amount of content while trying to use his posing/clothing excuse non-stop, again and again. Getting quite ridiculous, doesn't it?

(My Google Translate English). What I think irritates people the most is not only that Stoper takes so long to update, but also that the updates contain content that almost no one cares if it's there or not, like Jessica's numerous sex scenes with Conner . The time that Stoper could spend on other better scenes for the story of Jessica's corruption, he prefers to do scenes with Conner, who is a circle that most people won't follow in my opinion. Stope seems out of touch with his audience's desires, most people don't want to see Conner. That's why I find it disappointing to wait for an update that takes a long time with content I don't even want to see.

How do people look at this level of quality and shit on Stoper or this game, that you can play for free, I will never understand. Surely these people are just bad people in general. That's the only way I can make sense of this.

This game is beyond its time, it's very detailed, even the comparison between Bella and Jess is remarkable.(y)
It would be almost perfect if it weren't for the current state of the game and Dev's various excuses.

meh, these small details are barely noticable for the ordinary eye, we here for a fun time not to inspect aesthetics of how the hair looks or the realism of the clothes.

I rather have 8000 very good renders and 150 animations over 300 "perfect" renders and 4 animation for the same duration of development time.

I would say one guy is really working and the other one says hes working...

For some of us who actually pay attention to the renders and story (and care little for the lewd)...they are very important and all those little details make up the difference.

Just like a relationship...it's the little small things that matter more far than the one off big things. Nothing wrong with wanting both minute detail which elevate above the competition...and content together.

I appreciate very much (as pointed out by someone else with screens) the wardrobe and how stoper manipulates clothing.
Maybe to you perhaps...
c'mon*

If I didn't care about the art, I may as well read Literotica. Anything else you care to say?
