Jokes apart you're right only Stoper know the truth, could be anyone else we still don't know, and the fact that Connors is (supposedly) working with him could be just a fake trace planned by Stoper.

That's a great find, wonder how many of such dialogues are hidden due to different choice variations. Usually it should be easier to find with some unique renders to go along with them, but here since we don't have stats to work with and nor unique images it must be a hassle to find these.
