Number of renders per update is dependent on the experience, skill/efficiency, time, and render quality vs hardware of the person doing them. Most devs are amateurs doing this as a hobby where their game doesn't take priority, it's clearly not a priority of Stopper.

Exactly. But instead of telling his supporters that he's doing it fulltime, lying, he should be honest about it. But nope, instead he's coming up with the most ridiculous crap as to why it's taking longer, and anyone with a tiny bit of knowledge when it comes to creating art using tools like DAZ, Blender, Zbrush or whatever KNOWS that it's nothing but bullshit.

DPC is above the 500+ renders I mentioned for solo devs. If you have nothing to do but create renders, you can make way more if you're working fulltime on it.
All 3 games have good looking renders. Not quite on Stoper's level, but even on this they had something to say. And no, higher quality does not affect development time by that much. Most people don't seem to understand that the time sink in render creation is the initial setup. Posing characters is a matter of minutes.
I agree with almost all of what you have said. But do you really think Stoper's Renders are better than DPC's Renders.

In terms of visual quality? Yes. Stoper's renders are all-around high quality, whereas DPC is focussing on character models for the most part. Environment assets are usually not very detailed in DPC's renders unless it's important for the scene. He's just cutting corners to be more effective/productive, but he certainly could (and has) create the same level of quality.

Yeah, I guess I see a high quality render when the Character is looking good or realistic. I don't pay attention to environments that much. What I mean to say is that DPC's characters looks more real and better than Stoper's imo.
