There are previews of Terra but it's not letting me upload them.Hello @everyone,
I'm going to be putting Jump City Journeys on hold for a bit while I work on a new original adult game that I will be revealing more about very soon.
There are a few reasons for this, but the main two are:
1. I want to do a project that is smaller and more manageable.
2. There are new tools and techniques available to me now and I want to apply them to JCJ. I've learned and grown a lot as a 3d artist and I always want to deliver the best I can (This is mainly a passion project after all).
Using these new tools and techniques available to me will speed up the process immensely in a way that is not possible if I stick with the current character models.
I understand a lot of you will be sad to hear this, but this is not the end of Jump City Journeys. I still have plans to continue it and by no means am I burned out on the idea. I appreciate all the support you given thus far and I understand if you don't want to support a non-Teen Titans project for the time being.
I'll be releasing more build renders soon (like the ones above) since I'm planning to make even better looking versions of the Jump City Journeys characters in the future.
Well so much for this one then I guess. From the Discord

Yeah, they say that this game isn't done but no update in 8 months and the news we do get is that it's getting put on hold.Well so much for this one then I guess.
Is it just me or she kindda looks like Jennette McCurdy / Sam Puckett?
The assets are original.anyone got any idea of the assets used?
Damn that’s some talent there but it sucks. I wanted something close to Raven (sucks that there’s no asset)The assets are original.
He is back and delivering new artworks on DiscordEventure Games said:Hello @everyone , Nightwing and Beast Boy have been upgraded and are ready to smash. I made this Raven and Starfire render to practice chest collision and help organize my workflow for future renders. Enjoy! The Tower Lobby is finished and has been added to the game. Ops has also been updated quite a bit since the last build released so many moons ago.
Locations are now about wrapped up for this build and currently I'm working on dialing in the new character sprites. Each character will have a variety of sprite poses. One nice thing about 3D Art is that more poses can be created in the future and then all that's left to do is render each outfit (much easier than 2D, having to draw everything over and over).
I'm aiming to show off most of the new character sprites on the next weekly update. The code for the sprites is already written, so that will make it nice and easy to plug all the new images into the game. The idea I have for the sprites, is that the characters will choose their own outfits automatically, depending on their mood and how far the player has progressed. Eventually, players will be able to tell characters what to wear, but that will be unlock-able later in the game. That's all for this week.
Thank you everyone for your support!
They put out some great renders, hoping it actually amounts to something someday.
Unfortunately, he's disappeared again for the past two months without explanation. Hopefully he will return, as he has done this numerous times before. They put out some great renders, hoping it actually amounts to something someday.
This game should be tagged as 'On Hold' the dev said it is in his 'Terra and What's To Come' post back in DecemberShame this turned out to just be a patreon milking game. Release a few updates to get the money rolling, then just post renders every so often to keep those few members still subbed. It's basically free money after the initial startup to build good faith.
