Holy fuck the gallery is a mess. Female actor arms are invisible. Male actor faces just disappear leaving nothing but teeth. Can't believe I once backed this like, 5 years ago. Looks like development went backwards.

I played it a long time ago - I remember the beginning was in a castle, then the heroine got into the forest and found a settlement, there was +- content (mostly conversations)... how far has the game progressed? Or is it better not to even go back?

I mean, yeah it seems like a small update. But last I checked Wild Life still doesn't really have any game play, it's still just a scene simulator. 7 years and last I checked they were bringing in $100k/mo+ on Patreon. They don't give the dollar amount any more but they've got 11k subs. I'd argue dollar for dollar, this dev is doing just as much development as they are and that this is pretty much par for the course for adult UE games.

It depends on how spaghetti the code is. If the game has well structured code, I'd go as far as to say all of the non-animation ones you could patch in an hour each. Now if the game has really bad case of spaghetti code, patching one thing could obliterate another, causing each bullet point to take a month each.

This isn't an excuse for the dev, because if that's the case, get fucking good dev. Just providing scope of the situation.

Not a good thing, imo. Wild Life is branded as an open-world RPG, with no significant progress on an open-world and a hobbled together RPG system.

I was not the one who cited Wild Life. I am pretty certain you can find posts of mine in that thread calling it a scam unless they were removed. Wild Life will never live up to it's premise and it will never be a game, it will remain a animation viewer with absolute shit optimization because that's all the developer knows how to do. That being said: lol absolutely fucking not this game does not even remotely compare to it. It might be a scam but the guy is incredibly talented at models and rigging, in both those areas Wild Life is the best bar none and puts to shame even some AAA joints (looking at you Bioware). Also there is a lot of models and animations, the game has a lot of content in that sense. Wild Life is only a scam because they are still lying about it's scope and have been for a long time. When it comes to game developing the way this game went about it is the proper way and the sign of someone who is actually trying to make a game*, unlike Wild Life which was blatantly empty promises from the start for those paying attention, but intentions count for nothing; it's been 9 years, game hasn't fucking gone anywhere while Wild Life is at least somewhere other than the starting point.

*well, make a game in this "go to my Patreon :D" porn scene. Normally you would make sure you have the core systems down, the levels, the gameplay, the assets and even the story before you'd do things like voice acting.

Is this another UE game you need a RTX 4090? I can't wait for the next update to be a rework from 0 using the next UE and needing latest Nvidia card to run at 30 fps.

Did they purge reviews or something? I thought this game was sitting at like a 1-2 star rating when I last saw it pop up and not sitting at a total and utter lie of 3.5 stars.

Or did the shill brigade step in to try and prop up the numbers.
