Because Fakku hasn't posted the uncensored version yet, they take their time to do so.
This is the japanese store release. The American store version isn't out yet. It will be uncensored when it is.
Oh an Oolong and Roshi team up would be neat! Oolong transforming to trick the girls would be a must. And after his transformation ends and they begin to get upset or attack him, Roshi can come in and use his paralysis hypnotism attack to stop them.

Quick Tip: after the second map of that area with the fish and spit guy, stay in the left side of the following maps and use the shift key to sprint. that's a blind spot and will make that part of the game easier.
