Great fucking game. My only bitching is that you can't make your sis do only lesbian sex with anyone other than you. As an ntr hater that grated. But still enjoyed this game. Wld prefer if mc was only male to touch any of the girls, but it is still worth playing. And I really like the fact that you can actually choose if you want to be a Dom or sub. Most games say that yet still force you to receive fem Dom. I was able to play an never have to submit to anyone sexually, which was wonderful as that is a huge turn off for me. So great job with this game dev. You really did a good job catering to everyone's kink here, minus the aforementioned ntr content. Wish that was optional. Well, none of the girls so far are li, so I guess it's not technically ntr, but I still hate seeing any female I cld possibly get involved with, with another male, but aside from that. Literally doing all the paths with the mod, and I got a path where the MC gets demoted all the way to K1 preliminary… (like your character still has a chances but clearly close to being k1 permanently . Aka you’re screwed ) so I’ll have to see what happens to him… buts it’s not that we can either reach K1 to all the way to K9. Furthermore, there’s routes in between where you can rise through the ranks but still become a sub to the Higher ranked girls.. a lot of variety with be Excessively Sub, Dom, Or in between…
Wow, I thought it was not possible to get provisional K1 status in this version.

Yeah I was surprised too! without the mod, I just got to k2, but With the mod (which just helps with the choices) I was able to achieve K1 Provisional!

Since you've managed to reach K1 (I haven't been able to yet) how is the relationship with the female MC? Does anything change compared to the other low ranks or is this one more cruel and is there some more lewd content?

There isn't really any change to the lewd content or the interaction with the girls... This is because you receive that rank (K1 Pro) at the end of the latest update (where your kneeling in front of all the girls on their thrones scene), So Just assume the next update will have those changes

I just saw that in one of the images the main MCs appear toasting with glasses of wine and I couldn't avoid a sexual scene between the two being at the top of power (since in that image they are both in high ranks). I know Tess said she didn't agree with actively pairing the brothers sexually, but I think it would be a hoot from entrenching power between the two of them like she was forcing him to.

Do you mean Seth and Kane or Kane and Olivia? You said brothers but I really doubt there will be a pairing of Kane and Seth sexually. The variable tracking Olivia's attraction to Kane is called princesseyes and the next episode is titled "Princess's Gaze, Prince's Soul" so we may start to see the effects of how much Olivia has come to think of Kane sexually. Also, Kane and Olivia aren't actually siblings.
