On the Dom route he's "technically" a slave. But in fact he's never treated as one. You're on some kind of probationary period on your way to the top. Yes, that's one posible outcome... if you play your cards right.
Oh, I should've phrased it better. On the Dom path you can fuck most girls in the game, often two at once, and it's always consensual on his part (he can always say no, unlike some slave girl participants). But it's always a situation of a girl/girls coming to MC and asking "Hey, Kane, wanna bang?
