NTR is Netorare and Netori, NTS is Netorase. There is Netori in this game, with celeste, pheobe and i think some others. But no Netorare.
There's no dom sex scene with her in this update. She is, however, involved in some of the scenes on other paths (Red/Yellow colours for Sub, as well as SecretSub).

Katsumi in the same scene has the other cunning points. I think her conversation has two on it but requires you to skip sex with Chanel so you don't get the chance at her point.
Admittedly sex with Chanel's dumbass isn't even remotely cunning.
Im guessing it's this scene here. You can see there's more to that contraption, but it pretty much gets skipped over which would suggest that's probably where she took renders. Im thinking it would've been a choice of a talk with Celeste or that. Couldve been both though.
You are correct. So it's only actually one point available currently, 2 different routes to obtain it.
