The choice hasn't has an impact on the Dom Route yet. It has had an impact on the Sub route if you pick Kane (you get another choice later on to 100% confirm you want Kane worked on) and Eloise does her thing. Everyone Kane eats out post tongue work has a comment on it.

So he doesn't become stupid or something like that considering he would be experimented on? Wouldn't it damage his relationship with Olivia at least knowing that she's willing to toss him to the wolves? I guess i will just go with Jake just to be on the safe side for the future

On a Dom Kane route, I always pick Jake.
I assume you're playing with Olivia and Kane on the same side. You can actually play them against each other too with Olivia doing what she can to keep him down. It makes Kane's rise more difficult but still possible. That's a scenario where I could see her picking Kane over Jake route but again, it hasn't had an impact on the dom route at all.
There are a couple of variables tracked that handle your relationship with Olivia. They are sis_bro and sis_team. Positive means you're aligned and she can and will do various things to help you when she can. Negative points means they are unaligned and she will try to sabotage Kane within her means. Of the two, sis_team points are WAY more important.

/sSeriously though, that's a good question. We know that people get various aspects about them ranked (like Kane having a S dick) but Lily looks kind of average compared to everyone else so I'm guessing she has some talent like Mercy's memory.

like others have said, for Dom, it hasn’t really effected Kane or Jake to an extent, but it you get it done on The sub, it gives Kane extra benefits towards doing well or not in the gameshow and just in general

Wow, i certainly didn't expect that reveal about Olivia at the start of EP7 that's for sure. Kind of threw a wrench into some theories i had thinking for myself where the story may be going down the line although the previous reveal about Seth should have already throw me some hints now that i think about it. A bunch of things were revealed in ep7 that i didn't expect though

Either way, she knows how to prioritize. Refusing the services of a slave in front of everyone is a demonstration of her weakness to the sharks circling around her...and nothing more. It's neither hot nor cold for the slave. But, say, some global decisions, like raising the wages of workers (scene with Alessa and Cass) or thinking about what she wants the corporation to be in the future (dialog with Elena on the pier) or deciding on Seth's fate - that's the kind of good that makes sense.
Liv isn't in a position right now to jeopardize the entire mission she's been trained for since childhood, just because we felt like protecting everyone. We won't be able to do that right now, but in the long run, both Good DomKane and Good Olivia have the potential to change this flawed world for the better.
Olivia is as kind/good as circumstances allow. She loves her family and is willing to protect them. The game mentions that both Liv and KaneDom are closely watched and judged by their actions, so Olivia can't fully show her true nature and, for example, completely abandon some of the basic JF rituals. There are many events in the game where we hear a good inner monologue from Olivia, reflecting how she feels about what's going on and making sure she's really good and has a moral compass. There are also scenes where Olivia doesn't need to show impartiality and can be herself.Hmmm... Good Olivia is basically just an Olivia who doesn't kill or choose the worst option she's still a dom regardless. It's not like she's going to go round freeing the slaves just because she's a better version of herself than her most evil incarnation

There's a part of me that wonders why Kane didn't signal to Stephen that he knew what's up to set up a Cynthia meeting. He surely coulve said something on the walk over to the next room.

He's being careful because Stephen and most of the DeKocks are still unknowns. I appreciate Tess not having Kane immediately blurt it out. There's a few times earlier in the story (with Katsumi and later Kiyomi) where Kane gets asked something and one of the choices is about not revealing his thoughts. It plays into a Kane that is careful with information. At the very least, if we're gonna blab to Stephen, I would want it in a choice.

Stephen doesn't strike me as a particulary smart guy. To be fair, neither does Kane. So blurting sensitive information to a certified idiot seems counter-productive. I just hope Kane will get the chance to feed him to Jules' lions.
