1. Play again..and pay...more...attention....

1. No bracelet. It went back to Nadia....
2. Kane never 'moved' to Olivia's house, he spent one night there...
3. I''m not sure if just fucking trolling or completely blind at this point, skipping forward for teh loods.
4. Debateable...
5-8. Unlikely but bright enough to do their respective jobs...not even sure what point you're trying to make here.
9. Stated in the universe yes...as above...what is your point exactly?

Now do you actually have any questions that are not already perfectly answered within the story?
I see someone gave the Dark Lord decaf today so he picked the warpath:LOL:

No, Kane is part of the gambit. If he were nothing but a sperm donor, they could have him drugged and take his sperm from prison and be done with him. Also, he has 2 parents who are founding members of the company, which also gives him the right to take control of the company.
I didn't say he wasn't part of the Gambit. I said he couldn't 'win' in the sense that the girls can and isn't competing with them in that sense. And, if he fails his tests, then he WILL be essentially nothing but a sperm donor (assuming one of the girls wins the Gambit). And funny you say that, because Yvette says that Juliette would do exactly what you just said if she discovers the true purpose of the Gambit.

How do you figure?

There's essentially 2 scenes that discuss what the Gambit is.

Here's one:

Here's the other, more important one:

I really don't see how you can read these two scenes and then tell me that I'm wrong unless your translation program isn't functioning properly.

I don't need your wall of text from the game, I'll create a separate post where I explain everything.

That's exactly right.

By the way stick around and meme a little if you want, just don't get too far off topic. Keep the mods at bay and all that.
IMO, this is one of these times where you don't need to have a positive opinion about an artist or creator, and at the same time, appreciate his/her creation.

And as far as I'm concerned, we all better get over this and return to in-game topics. Like that infamous seventh board member , or that unexplained Callista's misscariage of "Luke". And how Seth fits into that whole thing :ROFLMAO:

Oh sorry. That wasn't toward you, it was for the guy above me. I was just using your quote.;)

But yeah agreed. Good point there.

Exactly, only not everyone seems to realize this, having decided in advance to label everyone here as "beta nitpicker"... A dubious way to get the game discussion back to the normalcy that was here until yesterday.

We've discussed this many times, but you're right, there's still no clarity. As for the 7th board member, I'm still betting it's Astrid.

Regarding Kane and Gambit

So I don't think we all have that much disagreement on this issue here. We all recognize that Kane is an important part of the Gambit, we all realize that someone from Karlsson will definitely win the Gambit (along with Kane), but as we all know, “the devil is in the details”.

Holy crap, people really turned on Tess :x. Only thing that could make me turn on her is her not completing the game.

I can't guarantee you most things, but I can absolutely guarantee you that the 7th board member is not Astrid. Not only does she want nothing to do with her father and his stupid games, but she's been in cryo sleep for a long time, so she wouldn't be an effective member even if she wanted to.

Astrid was in cryosleep for a little over two months, and that's not long enough to matter.

2 Months Before Game Day 01Alexander's death made public
Kane starts 5 Year prison sentence
Astrid Karlsson enters cryosleep

Besides, we still don't know exactly how she rebelled against Alexander's evil. It is unlikely that her rebellion consisted of throwing stuffed toys at the walls of the "pink girlish's room.” It is more likely that Alexander suffered some tangible damage from her, enough to decide to massacre her in such an elaborate diabolical way by infecting her with a disease.

So I suppose Astrid could have remained the 7th member of the Board, but not to support the alien immoral decisions of some Jules or Alessa, but to be better positioned to stand up to Alexander's evil.

And who do you think is the 7th member of the Board - Cole? As I recall, we discussed him a lot too and sort of came to an unspoken consensus that he couldn't be the seventh member.

If I had to guess how she rebelled, I'd say she told her father fuck the gambit, Im not playing, Im not participating in no way whatsoever, I won't work for your dumb-assed company, etc.
As for the 7th member, barring a late character reveal, Alexander's surviving sister is the only person that currently makes sense.

So what? Another vague answer from Tess, who as usual doesn't give a straight answer to the question regarding important spoilers. All the candidates for the role of 7th Board member have been discussed many times already, but the players never came to a consensus. So if you realized something that others didn't, just post who you think is actually the 7th member of the Board.

Unless things changed from early game does this still apply?

It's always puzzled me. At one time I thought it might have been Alexander Karlsson himself, but when you think about it, that seems like nonsense in general. Yes, Alexander had to endure a lot of humiliation from the mysterious powerful women under whose power he fell while he was relatively young. And it could be said that he had endured a lot. However, he still managed to rise to the top afterwards and apparently overpowered them, so it clearly couldn't have been the same program Alexander came up with decades later, making it (at least for men) look a lot like what he himself had to go through.

So it couldn't have been Alexander...Who else could it have been? Other members of the Board are women, but for obvious reasons, there's no way any of them could have gotten into this program. So it was a man? Then who? Perhaps some new figure we haven't been shown yet? And could he have been the very seventh member of the Board? Who knows?
