Well, It can be both reasons at the same time. Both those "dom patreons" and also patreon rules. Yeah, I too think she loved making demon content for dom. She may have definitely harsher plans for evil dom. But, those "patrons" had forced her to go even more cruel on women than she thinks of it. She may not had expected that some men will be like that. I've been saying the same thing for a long time - the game is way too ambitious for a first time indie dev. It was manageable at first, when you didn't really have any major flags, but now - it's too many branch paths with too many variables. And the evidence is clear - the full Game Show should've been what, episode 7 or 8 originally? Now it's chapter A of part B of episode C of season D.

Cutting some of the paths seems the right thing to do at this point, otherwise the updates will take years and the momentum for the game will die. Kyiomi path was dead weight anyway with 0 development, so no loss there. Losing the Demon flag sucks, but it's not like the game was overtly violent to begin with - almost all of the stuff is implied, not shown (like shoving a man's head into a lava pit with you heel - I love how cartoonishly evil it is). And intent and showing the mindset of the characters is for me more important than the visuals.
