The way the nurse says she doesn't believe it was an accident tells us that whoever brought her to the hospital said it was an accident and the nurse is asking her in private which implies that she doesnt trust whoever that person was. Also, her being naked is peculiar. Almost as if she had been brought to the hospital in that state

I would understand if he (role) played a "White Knight in shining armor Super-Duper GoodDom" who does not accept any evil (even when it comes to "gray morality")... But here we are dealing with a person playing an EvilDom who wants to destroy her for what? For not being evil enough? Or for being too kind? Questions, questions...
