I hated it, when Kane was not invited to this party. I wanted to watch this party. It does not matter to me, if other guys getting tortured, we are going to see it in next update anyway. Kane should have been there, he was K8 already (or K9 I don't remember now), highest ranking and special case. Also started wearing full clothes at that point, so there was no reason to keep him away.

I swear the most agonizing thing about this game is that dom Kane is oblivious to how the characters treat sub Kane. If he knew then maybe he would agree with Nadia that every Karlsson must die.

But this scene in particular pisses me off so much because these fuckers only bring sub Kane here to humiliate him in front of his family. They won't invite him on the dom route. Yvette is supposed to be a good character but I seriously hate this bitch.

Also why the fuck are the DeKocks even there? "Despite our differences, we have a shared belief that we are the elites of the elite this world." Nadia literally wants to kill them all.

Tess said something about Yvette being similar to her own mom, I guess it's only a matter of time before she joins the unable to be killed list.

I don't know how many servant girls was there or what happened there, I haven't seen that scene yet. But It is nothing different than what Kane is already doing with Juliatte, Dominique and Alessandra-Celest-Phoebe on dom path. It was good place to get to know Nadia. Karlsson's sister can test Kane similarly they are doing till now. It was good opportunity for Kane to showcase, He is ready for seat among them by being ruthless and not getting concerned by any torture scene unfolding in front of him. Juliatte could have been impressed by Kane and Let him have sex with some worker bee like Chanel, Mercy, Raven. There are many scenario's.

You either railroad the entire segment or you give players the freedom to choose. What happens if the player has Kane reject any and all participation? In episode 8 it results in Kane not getting those sadism points… sorry, I meant “dgame” points.

So Kane participating in Olivia’s “party” would either have needed a lot of railroading or twice or even thrice the amount of work than what’s currently there.

How Kane participated would likely also have needed to be taken into consideration going forward. Let’s say that Kane has a functional moral compass.. why would any of the characters that wish to ship the two of them risk inviting Kane when they know what’s likely going to take place?

I have Kane reject being a participant in as many of the gameshow events as possible, and it’s evidently not what the dev wants the player to choose as it just skips entire segments.

Anyway, the amount of additional work is my argument regarding Olivia’s party. It’s not just having to add extra scenes or skipping past all of it. Kane has a possible meeting with Otto if you’re on the revolution path, so there would need to be a valid reason for why he isn’t invited to the party under those circumstances.

I get it though. Hanging out with Sam and what’s-her-face in the train tunnel was incredibly lame. Which is just one more reason that I picked the revolution path.

Kane being at Olivia’s sadism party likely required more time and effort than the dev was willing to invest in it. Same reason why there aren’t any scenes for the other party that Kane was supposed to participate in if you don’t help Olivia with the “fashion” show.

If you think of it, all the main characters except junko would be on the "hate list" For Dom Kane if we knew how they torchuring people below them, especially if those people are on the k1-k4 track. Even Kwawe's wife Amara is getting tortured without any ranking.

Unfortunately, this game have two dom paths. Either you become evil like karlssons and punish them all including karlssons

Or else be on good path and forgive all including karlsson's.

There is no path like: Savior to all but punish the Karlssons and their loyalists.

I actually played sub paths that too K1 exclusive path and K4 exclusive path. But, as all are cruel, Junko seemed to treat subs with somewhat soft but yeah she also acts like rude and ruthless.

I have one save with a Dom aiming for top ranked Kane that skipped the gameshow. The updates have been short on that route recently! But I knew that going in and that's not a complaint. I just wonder if it will harm him going forward on that route and if it's worth keeping that save.

There's actually very...little difference, whether you do the show or not (currently). Very little and no, it won't overly hurt you so far.

You analysis is good but I hope there will be a choice for Kane to punish Elena first. She is dangerous even if she is in good path.. I hate her how she treated sub Kane even though she is the best friend of Callista.

Also, who will decide who deserve it or not.. For example, I hate alensandra the most in karlssons.. Even more than Juliette for what she done to that old man and diana.. Will there be any choice to punish alensandra? It's all speculations. Only tess knows..
