Just because of Alessandra and angelica it is not necessarily secret sub. we did not seen Alessandra in dom path since game show started so there will be at least one scene with her. Dev said most of the scenes in this update will be dom path since last part was mostly sub. I don't play sub paths but according to previews and discussion here i think VIP's already had fun with sub kane, and now they will have fun with dom kane.
If your Dom Kane ignores Kitty's game show, you won't see most of the content for the Dom route (this applies to all updates of Season 2, especially the current 0.8.2 and the next 0.8.3 (consisting of 2 parts).

If you read faction sheet then you will know that harem of all sisters is not in any of planned ending. Most of the answers and direction of game are already given in that sheet.
