Well, they just did the localization, which is a far faster process. Even properly translating (instead of just MTL) a game takes a fraction of the time it takes to actually develop it. That and working on it without announcing is likely what they did.

Is there any solution to the issue with tooltips sometimes not working correctly? It starts off working normally at the start of combat but during some turns it only displays the tooltip for a single frame when hovering over an icon.
