I had the same problem until I closed steam and ran the game as administrator

My best guess is younever leave home at all for the last 10 years because 200$ smartphone is so 2010s, in addition with you spend half your day writting 300 words essays to every people disaggreeing with you, the essays are impressively high effort, but low quality.

It would be very nice if someone would upload the latest version to gofile or workupload or whatever.
Pixeldrain is full of security issues and malware even if your upload is not. But my firewall alone gives out 20 security warnings on the site and my AV too.

I never had any problems with using pixeldrain. Maybe your pc is already infected.

I had hoped that after all this time and updates (even a slither of hope), that there would be unique endings for each boss. For those that have or haven't noticed - every time you lose to a boss, after fifth and tenth time, their dialogue changes.
For instance, after you lose to Tonkin, on the 10th time, he says "Wait a minute - are you losing on purpose?" so I kind of hoped there would be a choice at the end after you meet a certain criteria.
Personally, I would of loved to see Aron (The blonde alpha lizard) and Karryn have an ending together. But that's just me.
Guys don't you think this game would win in not having this system that rush the player to end the game as quick as possible to prevent getting too much passive that create an avalanche effect ?
If you want to make a run that isn't a complete slut fest, you can't enjoy the development of the edict tree 'cause at one point your desire just go mad and you can't lower their level to a certain treshold anymore.
I think it deserve the replayability and the full potential of the game.
What if i want to play the game in its fullest but still want to keep Karryn pure.
What if i want to keep playing the game but don't want to have Karryn going lower than a certain level of corruption etc etc...
At the end if i try to play enough to unlock a lot of Edict for the Prison, Karryn always end up as a sex machine. It's weird to restrain the player experience like that given all the work put in this game.
If i win, she becomes sadist, if i lose, she becomes maso, if i win and lose she becomes both. Becoming one or an other or both bring passive through forced masturbation/orgasm. There is no path where you can enjoy some sexy event and still stay pure. You need to rush the game or she will change.
If the Dev decide to make an other game in this style, i hope he will go even deeper in the replayability offer to the player.
Karryn is by far the best ero game ever made, due to actually having interesting gameplay + objectively good CG+ some replayability, but it still has some room to improvement, and offering more things to do for "pure" run is one thing i would like to see being improved.
One easy thing for exemple to manage that would have been to associate to the willpower stat a passive resilience to slut level. And maybe even one high level willpower edict that reduce a lot the speed at which you get sexual passive when having a sexual encounter. that way yous till can have contentt but without being corrupted.

Wasted potential.
That's what I have been saying before. You either rush the game or lose the game due to hundreds of unforeseeable negative passives waiting to be unlocked. That's not fun unless you are doing a pure virgin run.
Or you beeline for Karryn skills that let her be a near invulnerable slut that can defeat everything via gangbang. Though that might not work on higher difficulties I guess. I restarted it on Secretary, and never looked back since the economy is so busted it's no fun otherwise.
it kind of work to build her for sex only but again, that is only one way of playing her. The point is to allow the player to play her differently and still have fun.

There an edicts on lv2 that gives you 2 more edicts per day and store 1 more unused point for next day, need 4 edicts as investment. thing is its a waste to spend points on any that can be lost on riots at lv 1 and 2, and you guess it, they riot every fews day, in compensation for lv3 never riot at all on every game.
Any decrease riot edict except for lv 3 is a lie, dont fall for it
Insurance for any of them is pricy to the point not worth it, you'd rather spend the coin on guards and personal trainings.
Thanks for the upload, but I can't get any menu to open or work in game.
I've tried it with "CTRL + `" and when that didn't work I tried every possible combination of "CTRL, +, ', `" (including both left and right CTRL) in case I misunderstood together with no response whatsoever. I've pressed them simultaneously and in order. I've tried it on the main menu, in a loaded game, a new game, in menu, out menu, in combat, ect. Nothing. I tried it with my vortex mods and manual installed. No luck.
I've modded KP a ton with no issues before - what the heck am I missing here?
I'm running the current newest version of KP with a dozen or so other mods.
EDIT: Got it! After trying everything above I reinstalled manually then loaded it up with vortex again and it worked on every menu everywhere with just pressing the intended "ctrl and `". Must have been an issue with vortex overriding my manual install.

Which version are you using? I tested with 1.2.7.22 without mods.

Your post made me think about that key combination.
My keyboard does not have a seperate backtick "`" key so I would probably have a problem with this mod aswell.

Yes, it's a key combination. Press Control and Back quote key.
Maybe I should set default to a simple shortcut.
