One prison full of unruly men, one slap-happy female Warden and 5 levels to tame. I do not expect any game-changing events will be added on Lv 4 and 5, with or without additional sidejobs (apart from gloryhole and strip bar). She can try to be a valiant Amazon or she can finally get tired of it, give up and go down the slutty bunnyhole. Most probably, there will be several different endings depending on how Karryn conducted herself, but there will be an end to her wild adventure behind bars. There are way too many games out here that have been in constant development for years, with each ver 0.x to ver 0.x+1 update feeling like another episode of a soap opera that's been aired for more than a decade, or slow-burning season of Netflix comedy-drama series.

Toilet-related passives and titles are probably going to be implemented in the next gloryhole update. It's not actually connected to how many times you use the cock stare skill (though there is a passive you can pick up from using it a bunch). The effects of cock stare are based on karryn's current slut level; a relatively pure character will be disgusted, reducing her own cock desire, probably reducing target arousal, and possibly making the target angry. An extremely slutty Karryn will practically worship their cock, increasing her own desire and possibly making them horny.
You get NG+ after reaching the end of the game... but since the game isn't done the only available ending is to let order drop to 0 and fail.
If you play the Game in Warden (medium difficulty) mode and lose by reaching 0 order, you may try again in Prison (Hard) mode. Your passives and titles will be transferred, your edicts won't. It also works the other way around, losing in Prison Mode to be demoted to Warden Mode. You will have to enact edicts to open some skills (release desires, Cautious Stance, Healing Thoughs...), but you will have Give Up and Surrender from previous gameplay, for example.
Losing in Secretary Mode only allows you to restart the game in Secretary Mode.
