Whats the best/fastest way for Karryn energy to reach 0 in combat? So far I have been doing the stance that increases cost by 1 every turn. The problem with my method though is my Karryn has 35 energy if i remove all accessories and the enemy just jerks off and knocks themselves out and I win the fight anyways before my energy reaches 0.

Is there no energy equivalent skill like "give up", which depletes all energy.

Does that deplete all stamina or all energy? I feel like you might be referring to the skill that makes her fall down and lose all stamina.

Im looking for an efficient way to lose battles by depleting energy to 0.

No, you need to use Give up first to lose all Stamina (or have no Stamina) to be able to use Surrender. So you need at least two rounds to willingly lose your battle.

There is no general sensitivity. As you see on the attached, that stat is broken down into separate body regions corresponding to sex techniques involving those regions. It's clear to see that my Karryn is a butt-slut (213%) that has almost completely neglected her pussy (15% sensitivity).

At the start of the game, you may choose which body part is extra sensitive and then, basically, the more a given body part is used, the more sensitive it becomes through achieving number of passives. Also, as she becomes more fatigued throughout the day, she will become more sensitive. That Karryn's anal sensitivity reaches mid 300 towards the end of day, after dozens of goblins fucked her butt at the reception, at least 3 patrons cornholed her in the bar and most of rebelling inmates have been subdued with her asspussy. To my knowledge, no official time was given. Rem also stated (in his last dev log) he doesn't want to put pressure on himself and Sachinama by announcing a date and then feeling obligated to crunch to make the deadline.

Most likely version 7b should be out late january, early february.

On the upside, he did mention that he's hoping the full game to be out by the end of 2021, most likely.

That's all we know for now, unless someone else is privy to some additional information.

The following passives increase Masochism level:

Apart from modding your save, I don't. This game is not about squirting orgies from Day 1. I am currently on Day 67 on Secretary Mode and still have to work hard to get the passives and dialogs I want. I mean you can only do "Prisoner has sex with Karryn" so many times before it becomes meh. Lack of customization on Karryn herself is what brought this game down a peg from the get go. Also not a fan of the purple hair, weeb nonsense. her only redeeming feature is her body.
