Are you sure you play on a 0.7 version? Level 3 Defeat Scene got added in 0.7. Prior to that, level 3 Defeat Scene was the bar Scene from Level 1.

Feel like a fucking idiot but what do i do? Im on level 3 and i havent seen a single scene. I know Melty's quest you were supposed to lose for some scenes, but it had a insta lose option and in this it feels like it takes forever to lose without it.

The game has no H-cutscenes, all the sex is part of the gameplay whether in combat or the sidejobs. The majority of sex acts are triggered by reaching the desire thresholds seen in the status screen. Some need Cock Desire + another desire. You can lower some thresholds by equipping certain items.

the only "scenes" outside of combat sex are the losing scenes in each of the levels, you need to lose all energy to get that lose "screen" + the lose screen in the bartender minigame

If you only slash your enemies then you won't see too much of the H-stuff, as this game is basically a 'lose to win' corruption genre. Initially, the Warden is equipped with offensive combat actions only, which is misleading for those first-time players looking for immediate sex rewards. On easier difficulty modes, you can kick butts of all 3 level bosses and be left wondering if this really is a porn game. You slash one enemy after another with one or two blows and all they managed to do is chuckle lewdly, jerk off and maybe try to lift her skirt.
Enact 'Cautious Stance' edict as soon as you can and instead of attacking your opponents, choose to watch them and deplete your energy at the same time. Soon enough, they will start 'acting' and she'll be introduced to the fun parts of prison life.

The next build will be ver 0.7B, so I wouldn't expect it to be a finished or almost finished product, with any endings implemented. There are two levels to be built still and the only addition in this upcoming update will be gloryhole service. I am not sure if you'll be able to subjugate lv 3 in 0.7B. Most likely in will be left in state of perpetual anarchy as it is now.
Give it some time, it takes a while to load depending on your computer's specs and operating system.
