I reported this one in the appropriate Discord channel AFTER 7B.p was released. Rem did acknowledge the bug report but since no new 7B versions have been released since, I'm guessing this will be implemented in the next release.
this is a feature i could like, it's kinda tired remembering each order after playing the minigame 90+ times... and i'm already running out of paper to note down order.
I feel your pain. Any smartphone with any hand-drawing app could be a perfect paperless solution. It's better for the environment too.

I don't even know what you are now talking about. You just need to remember what a person has ordered. Not what every single customer could order. I had so far never any issues with remembering Orders I got, even in a full bar. Why? Because if you have a good work flow, you only ever need to remember 3.
Well, first as a waiter you have to remember more than 4-5, true. But not here. Hell, three would be enough if you don't optimize.

Thought about this too. But lazy too make such mod, maybe someone would use that idea. And to keep that challenging, such icons could visible for limited time based on Karen's mind/orgasm count as example.

Sorry to burst you bubble but there are no plans for a nursing job the stripper job has been confirmed to be the 4th and final planned side-job.
They said back in January, that they aim to release the game at the end of this year but that it just what they hope and it could take longer.
