I don´t know what you understand mean by effectiveness. For what I have understood about the game at the moment you have two options, try to go the sadistic route first by completing all 3 levels without being defeated or go the masochistic route and go bitch with the whole prison.
~The first although it will be difficult to raise sexual skills, at least desire levels are easier to raise.
~The second way already gives you everything but obviously you must be patient.
Now if you are one of the people who would like to see as much as possible in a single gameplay, I recommend installing the pregnancy mod. It gives you a simple option to alter the rhythm and get the passives more quickly with it go for everything.
Obviously the main problem is that as soon as the version is updated, one would have to wait at least half a month for them to update the mod as well and be 100% functional.
That or play with the code at the risk of crashing the game

That would be a very convoluted way to skip a (as in one) turn, but yeah, having no stamina and having had at least 30 previous sexual partners allows Karryn to just lie there and enjoy the scenery, without having sex at the moment in the conventional sense. However, the situation of no stamina and accepting this by assuming pleaure stance is a passive invitation to... sex. It becomes quite obvious once Karryn reaches high enough a slut level.

this is exactly what i hated about this new so called SIDEJOB, dont take me wrong the quality of sex acts and variety was amazing! but it felt so distanced from base gameplay, first of all its no side job, second there is no failing or defeat style event in it and u can easily leave whenever u want... i really carved more side job with resistance and challenge things for virgin run style and THATS why i love KP if i just wana watch 2D porn and acts there are far better games and movies out there!

That's a big NO from me.
What sets this game apart from other RPGM H-games is the removal of rape in any shape or form. Instead, a complex desire system has been put in place, which means that Karryn will not be engaged in any sexual activity that she does not (secretly or openly) desire.
She may still lose her virginity if the player does not keep her pussy desire in check and there are situations in this game when it's hard, especially during reception job, where access to mental state does not take place every turn. Two goblins behind the desk and a double-cumming visitor and Karryn's pussy is in trouble. Also, she cannot control her desires when masturbating in the office, so once she receives a passive that makes her unable to stop masturbation in the office and ends up with the guards invading, she may have a wet, inviting virgin pussy that will be difficult to cool down before a guard makes his move.
The nature of the gloryhole 'job' is that she is in total control of the act. And that's how gloryholes work in real life. A person sticks their penis through a hole and hopes that someone will find it sexually attractive and do something about it. The cock owner doesn't know who the person on the other side is and how (if ever) they're going to satisfy them. Maybe that's just my interpretation of it, but I think the game's mechanic at least try to make it clear that Karryn is repressed pervert when coming to the prison and any sex that does happen is out of her own choice.
Like, when she loses her virginity she doesn't go 'AHH STOP IT' but something along the lines of 'why did I just give my virginity away to some random guy...?'. Note how she says that she gave it away, not that someone took it from her.
Hell, even when she's groped it seems implied that she lets this happen on purpose.
For example, when a prisoner gropes her, no matter what she says, we see her desire going up. Furthermore, she says things like 'I didn't say you could go that far!' etc, implying something along the lines of a prisoner asking 'come one, just let me give them a quick squeeze' and Karryn agreeing to it.
Even when down on the floor, with her weapon kicked away, the prisoners will do nothing but look at her if Karryn doesn't have the required desire. Obviously it must be fully in her control of what she lets happen.
Like, yea the prisoners actions are obviously out of line and everything done would definitely fall under 'sexual harrassement' but the statement 'there is no rape' holds true imo.
Feel like we're really getting into some 'no means yes' type stuff here.
